This is a highly detailed final piece drawing using pencil and a putty rubber. This drawing shows a great sense of detail within the figures face and also within the figures clothing. Great time and detail has been spent on this drawing and it shows within the finished detail.

A bright, artificial light has been used on the right side of this drawing to create a contrast of light and dark upon the figures face and clothing. This creates the opportunity to show the great details of depth as they can be more easily picked out, as the light creates dramatic contrast from light to dark.

The composition has been well thought of in this drawing with the blank space behind the figures head to make the figure stand out more. The space opposite from the figure is covered with what is half a door. This fills a space that would have otherwise been a large blank space. This would have led the eye to this space, as it would really stand out. However, the shading of the door balances the whole picture and leads the eye back over to the figure.

This drawing has been well measured and proportioned and makes this drawing really stand out. The small little details within this drawing really set it aside from others as the accuracy can be highly appreciated.
